Well do a route across the Thames and then into St James Park, taking in Green Park and Hyde Park too. Distance can be determined on the night, and can be anything from 3 to 8 miles. Depending on turnout well try and have 2 different paces, one up at around 7/8 minute miles, and one at around 9/10 minute miles (about 1 hr pace for a 10k).
