Committed to empowering people & promoting positive diverse & inclusive workplaces to improve productivity & increase well being. Jo draws on over 35 years working experience, including as a consultant, trainer and coach/mentor in the public and private sectors. She was the UK lead for Best Practice in EU Community Policing and the Home Office lead for London and Community Engagement in the Street Crime Initiative, reporting to the PM and Delivering significant reduction in crime through Partnership Working in England and Wales.
