This weekend stay is the perfect way to experience a mix of adventure activities on this awe inspiring coastline. You’ll have the chance to take part in three half day adventure events, your activities will be led by their fully qualified and friendly instructors who really know their stuff, and you’ll stay in their comfortable eco lodge accommodation. All your food for the weekend Friday night to Sunday lunch is provided, meals are home cooked and wholesome, and vegetarians are happily catered for.
What activities can I do?
Choose two adventure activities from:
Coasteering The ultimate coastal adventure - climb, swim and jump into a whole new world! Sea caves and swirling ocean swells combine to produce a truly wild environment. Watch out - it’s addictive!
Sea Kayaking Rocks, caves, seals, birds, waves, surf, beaches, harbours and much more make this a real sea kayaker’s paradise. The Pembrokeshire coastline is one of the UK’s premiere kayaking locations, there’s no better way to explore this wonderful National Park coastline than from a kayak.
Surfing The art and science of riding clean ocean swells on idyllic sandy beach breaks. With a little help from our talented instructors you’ll be standing up in no time.
And your third activity will be
Coastal walking We’ve got the world renowned National Park Coastal Path on the very Western tip of Europe right on our doorstep. Unwind amidst the spectacular cliff top scenery and chill out amongst the wild flowers - it’s the perfect accompaniment to the adrenalin charged adventure activities. |

| Event Agenda: | The Preseli Venture Eco Lodge is located deep in the heart of the West Wales countryside overlooking a beautiful wooded valley and is set in 3 acres of grounds. It’s just a one-mile walk through National Trust woodland to Abermawr, our local beach - stunning, unspoilt; perfect for moonlit walks and a place where seals sometimes sleep.
We have a great new facility with a restyled bar, dining room and lounge, beautiful traditional Pembrokeshire courtyard area with stunning views down the valley to the sea - our nearest bay at Abermawr, lots of showers and toilets in our new ‘wetrooms’, additional double rooms and a drying room.
The lodge provides for all your creature comforts and accommodates up to 38 people in comfortable shared bedrooms that sleep between 2 and 8 people. All beds are fully made up on your arrival with sheets, duvets and spare blankets.
We have a fully licensed bar, which stocks all of your favourite tipples as well as some interesting local brews! If you have any special requests for special beverages then please let us know and we’ll try our best to get some in for you.
The lodge stays warm and cosy at all times, courtesy of our ground source heat pump and our wood burning stove. You’ll find that nothing beats that apres coasteer feeling when you find yourself fresh out of a hot shower, glass of wine in hand, lounging in front of a glowing stove in our cosy lounge.
We have a courtyard in which to enjoy the sunsets, a sheltered bonfire site for nights under the stars, a large bar and dining area with pool table and awesome sound system. And all this in the middle of a beautiful coastal National Park - your neighbours are a field of sheep on one side and cows on the other!
All the food served at the lodge is home cooked, delicious and wholesome and ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible. We can happily cater for the vegetarian diet.
