‘Articulate’ is a free conference that will give you the opportunity to meet and hear from young learning disabled people in Camden, find out about their career aspirations and help them move towards further training, education and employment.

Articulate is a project run by Shape which will work with young learning disabled people, support organisations, service providers and potential employers in 10 London boroughs.

| Event Agenda: | THE DAY:
In the morning young learning disabled people will perform an interactive theatre piece, developed in workshops with Mind the Gap Theatre Company, to an audience of their peers, local colleges, support agencies, schools and potential employers.
Over lunch, there will be the opportunity to promote your work to the young people present at an informal information fair.
The afternoon session will profile successful examples of the young people's positive employment practices and over a range of practical workshops. |
