A glass of black cherry prossecco or non alcoholic fruit punch on arrival
Freshly baked bread roll
Followed by
Prawn & smoked salmon cocktail
Prawns with apple, parsley, marie rose sauce & smoked Scottish salmon, rocket leaves & house dressing.

Roast parsnip, honey & thyme soup (v)
With parsnip crisps & olive oil croutons
Main course
Traditional roast turkey
Free range turkey breast wrapped in smoked streaky bacon, chestnut & apple stuffing, smoked streaky wrapped venison chipolata, cranberry roast gravy.

Roast sea bass fillet
A fresh sea bass fillet roast & served with saffron cream sauce, king prawns & buttered spinach.

Wild mushroom & lentil en croute (v)
Selected wild mushrooms with garlic, herbs & lentils wrapped in crispy puff pastry on a bed of creamed spinach.
Main courses will be served with dauphinoise potatoes & seasonal vegetables.
