| Description: | This exhibition, encompassing a broad range of subjects relating to city life, is hosted by Somerset House Trust to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Fleming-Wyfold Foundation.
These works by historic and contemporary artists explore perceptions of public spaces and imaginary scenes as well as human activity and thought. The strong understanding of representational painting is evident in many of the paintings and characteristic of contemporary and historic Scottish art.
