| Description: | Please join us for an exciting day of dream exploration!
In this weekend workshop, we will be learning an innovative dream work that goes beyond the conventional dream analysis or ‘dictionary’ approach. Nighttime dreams hold wealth of information that could enrich our lives, but need special methods and an expanded state of consciousness that are appropriate for languages and symbols of ‘the Dreamland’.
First we will lay foundation by covering the basics of dream work that are useful to know. Then we will learn and practice together how to apply some creative dream work methods that uses art, sound, enactment, story-telling, meditation and more, that will help shift our perspectives and open up whole new avenues for understanding the nighttime dreams. We will also practice how to integrate messages from dreams into your personal, relationship, professional and family life.
The workshop will include theory, live-demos, some dream work exercises, and group sharing. There will be opportunities to work on your dreams in live demos and/or through the exercises, so please write down and bring your dreams if you would like. However, don’t worry if you have trouble remembering dreams. We will also learn how to ‘catch a dream while awake.’
The workshop will be facilitated by a psychotherapist who has had an extensive experience of sharing creative dream work methods and other approaches for conscious living in Europe, U.S.A., and Japan (For more about the facilitator, please click here; __.inneraware....
