We're delighted to announce our plans for LUMIERE 2011, a city-wide nocturnal trail that will surprise, delight and stop people in their tracks. It will feature a fire garden in and around Durham Cathedral, an equestrian snowdome in Market Square, Ove Arup's favourite bridge turned into a waterfall: a city transformed by the art of light.
LUMIERE will also include a series of talks and family events alongside the programme of artworks. |
