| Description: | Katherine Alexander has several years experience in the recruitment industry. She gives an informal talk in Russian on how best to write a CV and present oneself to prospective employers. This is a free event and I hope you can come! Katherine will have examples of good and bad CVs, talk you through the usual mistakes candidates make and explain what employers and recruiters are looking for. She will show an “Ideal CV” to everyone present.
Katherine Alexander was born in Moscow in 1977 in a family of journalists. With her parents she spent many years living abroad, mainly in Africa. She has also studied in the USA as an exchange student. In 1999 she graduated from Moscow State University majoring in journalism. While still a student she got involved in events management and has successfully worked in the sector for 10 years. Katherine moved to London in 2000; here she took an interest in the recruitment industry and in 2009 has formed Talent Investors, a consultancy specialising in multilingual recruitment. Katherine is married with a daughter. |
