The effect is that people who could benefit from coaching are missing out on a powerful resource that could transform their lives, faster than doing it alone.
This interactive presentation will consist of: what coaching is and isn't, the benefits of having a coach, successful examples of coaching, an active example of how coaching can enable effective transition by reframing expectations and mindsets. Claudia has a public sector background with considerable experience of leading change in probation, social work and the Knowledge and Development services which support change. She set up Winning Pathways Coaching in March 2012 seizing a long-awaited opportunity having been made redundant. Winning Pathways Coaching is designed for women, (particularly those experience public sector cuts, who want to tackle challenges in their work, career and personal lives. Although Winning Pathways Coaching specialises in working with women, Claudia is committed to ensuring anyone can share the benefits of coaching.
