| Description: | The landlord club that is run by CXG Property Services is starting on 1st September to be held at the Haverhill golf course, this will be an evening event which starts off with networking from 6pm until 7pm.
The guest speakers will start at 7pm our first speaker is Phillip Game, who is an independent financial adviser who deals with both residential and buy to let mortgages and he will be updating us about the present market and the best deals available.
Our second guest speaker is Arthur Kemp who specialises in Capital Allowances he will be advising us how landlords can take advantage of such schemes.
Then we will finish the evening with Robin Pilley who will advise how landlords can maximise their income and where he feels the property market in Haverhill going.
The landlords club will also enable other landlords to network with each other and for strategic alliances to be formed. This is a great opportunity for landlords in Haverhill and the surrounding areas to meet.
We will have a meeting each month with different speakers each time. The landlords club will have a £10 charge per person and £15 for two people if you book in advance. If you pay on the door it’ll be £15 per person.
