To celebrate their 80th Birthday, The Merseyside Branch are particularly delighted to welcome 2008 European Capital of Culture Lord Mayor of Liverpool, Steve Rotherham, as keynote speaker for the evening, who over the last 12 glorious months has had experiences you would not believe, meeting leaders from all over the world from HM The Queen to Barack Obama.
