Description:	Come and join Polarise on Saturday the 31st July at The Lightbox for a Pre-Carnival warm up with Norman Jay MBE. With the peak of summer approaching, and Notting Hill Carnival just around the corner, well be joined by one of the worlds finest and most respected DJs. Decorated in 2002 with an MBE for his services to music, he is Good Times Soundsystems top man and undisputed King Of The Carnival. The International, World Famous DJ we know today, started out in Notting Hill, DJing from the age of 8. Influenced by an array of styles including Jazz, Blu Beat and Ska. Along the way hes played illegal warehouse parties, been a pioneer on the then pirate radio station Kiss FM and had many a successful release. These days, the Mix Mag Top 100 DJs services are very much sought after. His list of clientele includes Prince, Mick Jagger, George Michael and Jay Kay from Jamiroquai to name but a few.
