| Event Name: | Principles and applications of quantum control engineering |
| Description: | Quantum control aims to provide the mathematical and theoretical framework which will underpin emerging quantum technologies: it sets about extending traditional engineering concepts, such as optimality, feedback, stability, robustness, filtering, etc., to the quantum domain. This meeting will bring together scientists and engineers (theoreticians and experimentalists) to review the major developments, and to identify the opportunities and challenges ahead.
Speakers and chairs include:
Professor Alberto Barchielli, Professor Viacheslav Belavkin, Professor Andrew Doherty, Dr Madalin Guta, Professor Navin Khaneja, Dr Hendra Nurdin, Dr Daniel Oi, Professor Ian R. Petersen, Professor Herschel Rabitz, Professor Lorenza Viola, Professor Howard Wiseman and Dr Naoki Yamamoto. |
