Jan Sramek has experienced a stellar rise - from living in one room with his entire family in the Czech Republic to breaking the British A-level record by scoring 10 As and three distinctions at A-level/AS-level, being awarded close to £100,000 in scholarships, enjoying an academic career at Trinity College, Cambridge and the London School of Economics, beginning four start-up businesses, and receiving internships and job offers from the worlds most prestigious investment banks and hedge funds. This all became possible through being mentored at the right time by the right person: Muzaffar Khan.
Muzaffar, a successful Wall Street executive, mentored Jan (among others), and as a result of their successful mentoring relationship the two decided to demystify the principles and strategies that make such success possible.
