The Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce's 18th annual Taste of Oviedo will feature local food, vendors, businesses, children's activities as well as great entertainment. The event will be FREE of cost and the Chamber is expecting more than 40,000 attendees!

The citrus and celery industry flourished during World War II in Oviedo. The city celebrates this tradition each year with a cook-off in which all dishes must include citrus and/or celery as an ingredient.
