With the introduction of Contact Point, more multi agency joint working and Entitlement/Identity Cards this will be even more of a hot topic in the coming year. As a result of the Thomas/Walport report into information sharing, the Government will soon publish a statutory data sharing code of practice to provide practical guidance. This practical workshop will examine this code in detail as well as guide you through the maze of legislation in this area and give you a checklist for compliance. This is essential for all those involved with information law and information management within the public sector.
