By Car:
From the North: M60 take Junction 12 for the M602. Salford Quays at the end of the M602.Follow signs for the Outlet Mall. From the South: M60 take Junction 7. A56, A5603 to Salford Quays, follow signs for the Outlet Mall. Alternatively, please log onto www.theaa.com and use their route planner for a more detailed route- the Lowry Outlet Mall's postcode is M50 3AH.
By Rail:
You can connect to Salford Quays from either Manchester Piccadilly or Victoria Train Stations using the Metrolink tram services - see more details below. Otherwise the nearest rail station is Salford Crescent and you can easily connect to Salford Quays using the new Salford Quays Link bus.
By Metrolink Tram:
The nearest tram stop to The Lowry Outlet Mall is MediaCityUK. Trams run every 12 minutes between Cornbrook and MediaCityUK stops from 7.15am to 8pm, Monday to Fridays, and 9.30am to 6pm on Saturdays. The Eccles line service also stops at Broadway and Harbour City during these times. Outside these times, the Eccles line trams call at the MediaCityUK stop, during normal tram operating times. When the shuttle is running, this means that there is a 6 minute service between Cornbrook andHarbour City. For a Metrolink Map, please click here.
By Bus:
Salford QuaysLink Bus is the handy number 9 bus service that links Salford Crescent rail station and Salford Shopping City with MediaCityUK and The Lowry at Salford Quays. For more information, please click here. Other bus services provide links to MediaCityUK, either running near Salford Quays or Trafford Park, within easy reach via the new MediaCityUK footbridge across the Manchester Ship Canal. Switching between buses and Metrolink trams is easy in Manchester city centre at Piccadilly Gardens and Shudehill transport interchanges. |
