What is Events366.com?
Events366 is an Events Promotion web site. It has two main parts - Events Organisers and Events Subscribers. Event Organisers are the hosts, companies or people like yourself. Events Subscribers are individuals who attend certain events, and have signed-up to receive those events via email.
What happens after one posts events on Events366?
We will email details of your event to our events subscribers (usually twice a week). Your event details will be sent to people who have asked to receive such events and can attend events in that location. For example if your event is about Nanotechnology and is being held in South East London, it will be emailed to people who are interested in Nanotechnology and are able to attend events in SE London.
Who are these Events Subscribers?
People who visit our site, specify their interests and preferences for events they want to attend. Unlike some other sites, we are not a social media site, nor are we a web site where people post pictures and updates. Our subscribers are people who are serious about their interests and passions. Many subscribers are interested in specific types of events because of their business or their jobs, some due to their interests outside of work, and others just want to network or socialise or explore new hobbies/activities.
What types of events can one advertise?
You can advertise many types of events - Business Events, Social Events, Educational Events, Seminars, Networking Events, Music, Arts, Sports, Adventure, Travel, Events in various industries, and many more. Contact us if you would like to post an event for which there is no Event Type listed; we may be able to add an Event Type, or recommend an existing one.
How to post effective event ads?
It is quite simple. Provide complete event information - What the event is - description, date, exact time, Information about the venue including full postal address, Cost and what is included in it, Event agenda if there is one, Nearest public transportation/station name, etc. In short – make it easy for people to attend your event.
If Subscribers have to look for information in multiple places, they are not likely to attend. You are the organiser, and you should know what you are organizing, when, where, the costs, and all other details. Hide some of the information, and you will most certainly lose potential audience.
